山口 俊二

Born in Hiroshima prefecture in 1985
He began his training at Teppanyaki Atago at the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Hiroshima in Hiroshima, then gained experience at Yakinikuya Fuma, a popular local restaurant, and will serve as head chef and general manager of Miyajima Bettei Hatago Sakura from June 2025.

We value the sense of the seasons and colors, and take care to ensure that our "seasonal meat and seasonal vegetables" can be enjoyed with all five senses, as well as the taste. We cherish each and every encounter, and we always strive to provide hospitality by greeting our customers from time to time, striving to improve ourselves every day.
